I don't wanna grow up....

Friday night we sat a newbie for a few hours. He was most precious and I think Maddie is now fixated on getting a little sibling, preferably a sister.

A few hours before he was to arrive, the kids talked me into taking them to the new splash pad just a couple of miles from our house. We scrambled to get a few things together and they donned their suits and off we went.

We weren't there but a couple of minutes when low and behold, Mike arrives with his suit on. At the Houston office, folks close the doors at 3p. Mike was working from home but decided to go with the office hours, shut down work for the day and join us. This is, afterall, one of his spray parks. We were very excited to see him. Although he was only there for "official site business," it appeared that he enjoyed himself also.

Afterward we headed over to Sonic for Happy Hour. We are slush addicts.
