Eagle Scout Project #2

Done!!! Zack's eagle scout project has been completed and he is now an official Eagle Scout. Mike is happy that this chapter in life is over. For his project, Zack chose to repaint a park restroom and install park benches that were donated. It was a 2 day project, prepping one day then scraping and painting the next.

 The scraping made a mess that I don't know that we even considered. Picking up time!        

Everyone in the family took some time to help and Zack recruited several young men from the Silverlake ward to help out. We provided sandwiches and cookies with water and the job was done in just a few hours. It was a challenging project and Zack was able to get out of his comfort zone a bit to be a leader. 

Did we mention, "phew"... glad it's over!!
