Oops!

Night before last, we were all lounging around the house when Mike jumped up and said, "Let's get out of here." I was so comfy, I was a little hesitant to leave, but thought I could get some stuff from Walmart. It was a rainy yucky evening so Mike was dropping us off at the front door of Wally World when all of the sudden something didn't feel right. I looked down and realized I still had on my lounging-around-the-house slippers! I was pretty embarrassed until I realized that people aren't really preoccupied with what I'm wearing. The only ones making fun of it was my own family! Mike took a picture for your enjoyment.

Mike is having a great time with his $20 scooter. He really got it working good. He's looking to purchase a newer, bigger one so we can ride together on our dates. Here's a picture of him shopping for "the one."

Today was a good day at church. I attended a baptism for a couple plus another individual in our ward last night and they were confirmed today. It's pretty special to see a testimony grow from day one. I never served a mission, but always thought that would be the best part.

I watched a movie last night called Return with Honor that my mother recommended. It was a great movie and I recommend it. I think she borrowed it from someone who must have got it at the church book store because I don't think it's a Blockbuster selection. Anyway, check it out! It makes ya think.

Kids are out of school tomorrow but not sure what we will do. Mike bought me a new computer so maybe I'll just play on that! Maybe I can have some exciting post on the blog after tomorrow. Take note that I added on a new friend/family link. Lisa has initiated a blog with news and pics of my new niece Amelia. Enjoy!
