Wishing for Storks

For a few weeks now, we've "adopted" a new little one during Sacrament meeting. He is just a cutie and Maddie is in love. She holds him all during the meeting and I'll bet you a pretty penny that she is praying no one will take him away. When she is not begging me for a little sister, she is begging to babysit. Her time will come soon enough.

We ran into the handsome young one and his family at the library and Maddie took him and loved on him. When he was just getting droopy eyed, she reluctantly passed him on to Zack who proceeded to put the little guy to sleep. Then with arms aching, Zack willingly passed him on to Graham for the short walk to the car.

We were all enchanted. My boys are back from summer camp safe and sound with minimal heat rash and a scratch on the nose. They welcome air conditioning but the backed up playground work... not so much.

I don't know what they did to Zack out there in the wilderness of Camp Edgewood but he has come back a little wilder, more energetic and cheeky, if you will. He is quite the character, don't let him fool you. But he is still affectionate as ever and is just a happy, happy boy.

Graham just got his moped license and is on his way to employment. That is the idea anyway. He is applying for a couple of jobs in hopes that one of them will take a chance on a 15 year old looking to kill some hours and make some dough. The green stuff. After receiving a clean bill of health from the dentist, we also learned today that he is our next contestant for a silvery shiny mouth full of metal. We will consult with an ortho next week. Fun.

Maddie is baby hungry. Also got a clean bill of health from the dentist. Reading like it's about to go out of style. She is still as smarty-britches as ever but we love her still the same. She is and will always be our social butterfly!

Babies are enchanting. It sounds like you would have plenty of helpers if the time is ever right! my first little guy goes into cubs this month!! Many a scout camp awaits our future...I know it! So do braces? You have done it all already, we may ask for pointers and how to get them cheap (ha ha) IF you get any good pressure cooker recipes let me know!!!

You're blog is awesome and the first one I look for - I love your writing style - and of course I like reading about Isaac as well!
