Sailing Splash!

This is a late entry for the awesome day we had last Saturday. Mike got up early to test drive a new Mercedes with a buddy and I got to sleep in!! There ain't no way you're getting me out of bed for a car, as fancy as it may be! After we donned suits and loaded up snacks and H2O we headed out to the Texas City Dike. We set up the catamaran and got some really good wind first thing. When our buddy Doug rolled in we headed out for a 4 hour tour into the bay. Not much flying of the hull but we did get pretty darn close to a family of dolphins. I've seen them a few times since we've been sailing and they never cease to amaze me! I tried to get a few shots of us sailing and of course the pics just don't do it justice. Mike with his amazing tech abilities, put this video together for your enjoyment. We ended our day getting a bite to eat, cleaning up and getting kids back. We went to bed sunburn free and and woke up dog tired with aching bodies. Does this mean we are getting old?? My video taking needs some practice, but Mike was able to make something good out of my mess! He wanted some really happening music so Magnum PI will just have to do until we can find something a little more suiting. Next time maybe I'll get brave and practice sailing out on the trapeze while he takes pics of me!

Don't change the music!, its perfect!..well maybe the baywatch theme would have been a little better. Great job on the video mike. Anyway, here is the link to that website that will print out your blog. http://www.blurb.com/book/blogbook

and yes...that does mean you're getting old. I know the feeling.
