Overdue... again

I'm sure you think we've dropped off the face of the earth. We are still here, alive and kicking. Not sure if it's been that we are so busy, that our lives are not blog worthy at the present or that my blogging motivation level is at it's all-time low. Could be all three!

This is Mike's birthday week. Tomorrow we will celebrate his birth. We are so happy he came into this world and continues to bless us with his positive attitude, patience and willingness to work so hard to provide us with such wonderful blessings of comfort. We love him more than we can say!

The kids are doing well in school. Graham never complains about early (early!) morning seminary and we are getting a kick out of sharing our knowledge of his spanish class. (Which is funny because we are SO not brainiacs in the subject.) Zack and Maddie brought home all As this last six weeks. They continue to be wonderful, independent children with a strong desire to do what is right. I am very blessed to have them for they are so very affectionate and loving. Not a day goes by that they don't say how much they love me or how grateful they are to have me as a step-mom. Makes the tough days easier and the easy days blissful!

OK, so I was able to come up with something to write about! Life is good. I still manage to check out your blogs and I so love to stay updated on your lives. I don't know where the strong pull comes from! But it is just that... I gravitate to your blogs so frequently that sometimes I get frustrated when they are not current. How selfish! I get great ideas or I might be inspired or motivated by something you said. If I'm not careful, it could become an addiction. I don't need another one of those! Happy day my dear friends!
