Rock On!

As promised, here are some pictures of Graham's first big purchase since working at Pena's. Unfortunately, the boy is so busy with seminary, work, school and being gone every other weekend that he really has little time to enjoy it. Ain't that the way it is!




Graham and a buddy of his have formed a band. It was a bit rough starting out but they have really blossomed. Graham has practiced so much that he plays better than I ever did in my youth. We were anxious to celebrate their accomplishments with them so we planned and carried out a special family home evening with the buddy's family. We partied with snacks, fog and disco lights! They put on a classic rock concert for us. It really was a fun night and they did a fantastic job. Everyone was having so much and to make it an official family home evening, we talked about how to recognize and strengthen individual talents. Every person that attended the concert was able to show a bit of their talent. They were all musical talents including piano, guitar, drums and voice. It was definitely a night to remember.
